#1. A fresh coat of paint

This is probably one of the most inexpensive upgrades you can make. You want to be neutral and attractive to most buyers so painting your kitchen bright red or the kid's room hot pink, is probably not the best idea. A neutral tan, beige, or grow is often the perfect neutral color.

#2. Manicured landscaping

Again, you don't have to spend hundreds of dollars on new landscaping but simply mow the lawn, trimming the grass, shape any shrubs or bushes and trim trees away from the siding of the house. A little bit of a manicure job on the front lawn can really work wonders and make things look/.

Buyers want to make sure that they have enough room for all of their own belongings so find unique storage options, making the home look like it's got plenty of space by removing a third of the items in pantries, closets, and cupboards can really make the entire house look more spacious and big.
